1Will my consultation and treatment be covered by my insurance?
You will need to contact your insurance firm and check. If your consultation or treatment is covered, you will be given an authorisation code which will need to be passed on to our team
2Will there be any additional costs?
This will depend on your policy and you need to check with your insurance.
3What do I do next?
Contact our team to make an appointment or simply to find out further information. We will ask for your insurance details including the name of your provider, policy number and authorisation code. We will then make an appointment for you to be seen by Miss Petrie. Following your consultation, should you wish to proceed with treatment, we may require further authorisation from your insurers.

FAQ's for self-funded patients

1What is the cost of an initial and follow-up Consultation?
Please contact us to learn about the cost of consultations. The cost of some follow-up consultations is included in the operative fee. Payment terms are within 30 days or prior to treatment, whichever is sooner.
2Will I be given a quote for my treatment?
Yes, after your consultation we will provide a quote for any investigations, surgery and follow-up appointments. Invoices for treatment will need to be settled prior to receiving treatment.
3How can I pay?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by cheque (payable to Cotswold Plastic Surgery Ltd). These details can be found on your invoice or please contact a member of our team for further information.
